2. Have a Topic
Before doing anything, you should know what topic you will be talking about and commit to. That will be very handy in choosing a name and will also help who would be your target audience. This will also depend upon your reason for why you are starting. Some will start because of business matters. While there are also some start as a hobby or sharing their passions. So what would be your category with this?
3. Plan the Episodes

But of course, in order to grab the audience’s attention, you would need to have a catchy or creative name. You could also use something that is informative for some people lookout for those. Then after deciding on a name, you should also plan how long your podcast would be. It will definitely depend on your content and how long you want to talk about it. It will also depend upon your audience. If your target audience is those who tend to get busy like business people, you would need to have shorter episodes. This will also affect how you will edit it.

4. Know about Formats
What would you like your podcast to be like? If you are planning to have an informative one, you should have intense research about the topic or in-depth knowledge. Another thing to consider is how it will be? Would you like it to be a solo one? If you are independent and not intimidated by doing something by yourself, then why not? You can also have a co-host to accompany you. Another thing you could do is to have someone to interview and that way, it will be more informative and can also spice things up.
